About Us

Since 2018, Chef Peter Gillotte has improved his catering operations by adding seasoned & experienced staff.  Serving Geneva and the Finger lakes by offering on Site and off-Site Catering Services.  In 2022 a truck w/ a portable kitchen was added to operation.  Chef Peter Gillotte takes pride in his culinary flexibility and continues to improve his culinary skills.
We cater events ranging from Family events and Clambakes to Weddings.
